Phase Two of New Community at Niblock Road
Toland House Properties Limited (THPL) is preparing a full planning application seeking permission for phase two of their development west of Niblock Road, including 125 new homes, comprised of 58 houses and 67 apartments. This follows the planning permission granted for phase one in August 2025.
In addition to providing new housing, the proposals include new public open space, a landscaped riverside walkway along the Dunsilly Burn, pedestrian and cycling connections, extensive planting, car parking, and associated site infrastructure works.
Before finalising and submitting this full planning application to Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, the project team is inviting the community to comment on the plans and share your feedback.
